Director of Group Fitness
Amy joined the Parisiís Group Fitness family in December of 2008 where her passion for fitness became a career. Since then, Amy has excelled in her field and teaches a variety of classes with certifications in Group Power, Zumba, Piloxing, Spinning, Kickboxing and many more. Amy is a leader by example and is always setting personal goals for both her mind and her body. In 2013 Amy became one of the top 5 finalists in the NPC East Coast Bodybuilding Figure Championship and her experience inspired her to further educate herself by successfully becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Here, she can take her experience as a Group Fitness Instructor combine and crossover into Personal Training to give her clients the ultimate fitness experience. In addition to her dedication inside the gym, Amy also creates time for charity and helps raise awareness for causes such as finding a cure for breast cancer, ovarian cancer, providing support to our local animal shelters and food pantries. She is also an advocate for promoting healthy living and fitness to our youth. Amy is actively involved in her communities youth sports program. Fitness is Amyís passion and she is grateful for the opportunity to share it with family, friends, members and her community. Her greatest reward comes from being a part of peopleís personal journeys, seeing them achieve their fitness goals and the friendships created along the way.
