Juli is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who prides herself by remaining on the cutting edge of today’s fitness industry. Her dedication to her profession is contributed by her own success story. She earned her BA from William Paterson University and also holds a certification in TRX. Juli’s sessions are tailored to each of her client’s personal goals. She is results oriented and creates training programs that motivate and challenge individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.

Fan Graetzer

(NASM CPT, CPR-AED)

Fan joined the Parisi team in 1999. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, APEX Personal Trainer and AFAA Aerobics Instructor. She is one of our Pilates Instructors and holds a IM=X Pilates Reformer Certification as well as Stott Pilates trained. Fan also has her New Jersey State Youth Soccer Association “F” License and is certified in TRX training.

She enjoys singing off key, dancing, reading, dining with friends & family and most importantly watching her daughter CJ play soccer and basketball.

Rob Klein

Rob was born and raised in Little Ferry, New Jersey. After attending Ridgefield Park High School he went on to graduate from Southern Connecticut State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. While in college Rob did his internship in Cardiac Rehab.

Rob has been employed with Parisi since 1998. He is certified through the National Academy of Sport Medicine as a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and as a Sharecare Online Health Coach/Elite Trainer. Rob also is a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant through the American Council on Exercise and he holds specializations in Pre & Post Natal, Golf Conditioning and TRX training; Rob truly enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities. He currently resides in Fair Lawn, New Jersey with his wife Michelle, son Jackson and daughter Charlotte.

David Maxwell

Dave proudly joined the Parisi team in October 2011. He is certified with NASM and the International Sports Sciences Association and is also CPR-AED certified. Dave is always looking to further his education in the fitness industry and he has recently become TRX certified as well.

His major interests are in Stability Ball and Core training with his clients of every age and athletic ability. Dave enjoys researching new fitness ideas that could enhance his clients’ performance and most importantly results. Outside of the gym he has competed in the USBF Bodybuilding Competition, enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with his friends and family.

John Peluso

(NASM CPT, CPR-AED)

John is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has coached High School football for over 30 years. Between 1989 and 1998 John was instrumental in leading Hoboken High School to 3 State Championships. He is also certified in TRX training and enjoys working with clients of all fitness abilities.

Matt Ryan

(BS – Foods & Nutrition, NASM CPT, CES, CPR-AED)

Matt is the Senior Nutritionist & Weight Management Director for Parisi Fitness Centers. He graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition and has been practicing Nutrition Counseling since 2002. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Matt’s additional certifications include TRX Suspension Training, Pregnancy & Post Partum Training and a variety of Nutrition & Weight Management Certifications most notably Apex Fitness & e3 Weight Management. Matt served in the US Marine Corps Reserve for 6 years. During this tour, he was promoted to Sergeant and honorably discharged.

Rob Sahoury

Personal Training Manager

(BS – Exercise Science, NASM PES, CES, CPT, CPR-AED)

Rob started with Parisi in 2001 as a Personal Trainer and is now the Personal Training Manager in Midland Park. He has very loyal and dedicated clients that he enjoys working to their maximum potential.

He completed an internship at Hackensack University Medical Center in Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary & Fitness Developments. Rob is certified in TRX training and is also a Certified Massage Therapist. He enjoys working out, reading and spending time with his family.

Tim Shea

(BS, NASM CPT, CES, CPR-AED)

Tim graduated from Parsons School of Design with a B.B.A. in Marketing & Product Development. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been involved in training for over 10 years.

He is a Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Therapeutic Acupressure Practitioner. Recently, Tim became TRX Certified and is Proficient on the PUR Motion AIR-FIT Suspension Trainer.

Some of his interests include boxing, tennis, cooking, photography and finding new ways to challenge himself and in turn his clients!

Marc Tomasella

Marc is Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Marc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and has been a professional trainer for 10 years. He is also an “all natural” bodybuilder who competes yearly. Marc enjoys baseball, football, basketball, weightlifting and competitive bodybuilding.
